Introduction:

MultiLayer growing bench is the facility for plant growing equipment greenhouse , designed and manufactured by agri-greenhouse. This can supply same condition such as light, water etc. to plant of each bench because benches can be pushed out automatically by power driving. Full automatic management can be reached through micro computer control, utilisation ratio of greenhouse can be increased effectively(nearly 200%), features of land saving, convenient management and lower cost. This is designed for single span greenhouse with dimension of 9.6m*68m, please refer to the multi-layer growing bench drawing for the layout.

Principle and features:　　

1. Bench support specification: height 1.55m, length 32m, width 1.1m, 10 sets of bench support can be applied for each single span greenhouse with dimension 9.6m*68m.

2. For even light and irrigation of upper/lower bench, 4 layers of movable bench can be fitted to each bench support, 58 planting trays with dimension 540mm*880mm can be applied for each layer, 232 planting trays in total for four layers.

3. Benches of three layers can be pushed out for about 0.8m by power driving except the fixed benches on the top layer.

4. Fully automatic position change of movable benches can be reached through micro computer operation for human labor saving.

5. 1) Area of greenhouse 652.8m2.
2) Area of planting trays 1280 m2 (32m*1.0m*4 layer*10 set).
